Behind Harmolys Group Ltd stands a shared vision carried by its two co-founders and CEOs, Matthias Lemaistre and Pushkar Caleechurn Lemaistre.
Originally from France, Matthias Lemaistre began working at the age of 18 and built a diverse professional journey across several industries. Over the years, he gained experience both in the public sector and in private industries, including hospitality and the film industry. Passionate about entrepreneurship and real estate investment, he has created several companies in France while also working as an employee. This dual experience has given him a unique perspective on both worlds — the discipline of employment and the boldness of entrepreneurship. A self-taught entrepreneur and avid traveler since a young age, Matthias has explored many cultures around the world, developing a natural ability to adapt, innovate and imagine new opportunities. The initial idea behind Harmolys Group came from his long-standing ambition to develop and manage several projects simultaneously under a single parent company. This vision finally took shape in 2025 with the creation of Harmolys Group.
By his side is Pushkar, a Mauritian professional whose experience and local expertise bring balance and strength to the group. With more than ten years of experience in the Mauritian private sector, she has worked in banking, sales, commercial management and offshore companies, building a strong professional network and a respected reputation. Pushkar holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) as well as qualifications in tourism, hospitality and event managment. Known for her strategic thinking and calm determination, she plays a key role in structuring and guiding the group’s development.
Together, Matthias and Pushkar form a complementary leadership duo. While Matthias is naturally driven to create, initiate and push projects forward, Pushkar brings thoughtful analysis, structure and long-term perspective. Their different personalities create a strong balance that strengthens the vision and direction of Harmolys Group.
Their multicultural background is also one of the group’s greatest assets. Matthias speaks French and Spanish, while Pushkar is fluent in French, Mauritian Creole, Hindi and English, reflecting the diversity and openness that define Mauritius itself.
Beyond business, they share common values rooted in fairness, discipline and respect — principles they cultivate through their passion for sport and teamwork. Above all, they share a common ambition: to contribute to positive change by developing responsible projects that create opportunities and long-term value for the community.
